Healthy Apple, Banana, and Pear Puree

This is a convenient puree due to its texture and vitamin content. The combination of apple, banana, and pear is delicious.

  • 1/4 apples
  • 1/4 pears
  • 1/4 bananas
  • 3 measurements cow's milk, for starters
  • 2 measurements corn flakes, gluten-free
  • 1/2 glasses water
Preparation

  • Peel the fruit, remove the seeds, and chop it
  • Add water and simmer the apple and pear
  • Remove from heat
  • Blend in the food processor, adding the rest of the ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed
  • Let cool and serve
