1/4 pears
1/4 bananas
3 measurements cow's milk, for starters
2 measurements corn flakes, gluten-free
1/2 glasses water
Preparation

Peel the fruit, remove the seeds, and chop it
Add water and simmer the apple and pear
Remove from heat
Blend in the food processor, adding the rest of the ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed
Let cool and serve
