Ideal Healthy Lunch

We have 3 separate school menus so your child can have all the nutrients they need for their daily routine. Just arrange them neatly and attractively in their lunchbox.

  • 1 slice turkey deli ham, (for lunch 1)
  • 1/4 cucumbers, (for lunch 1)
  • 3 cookies, habanero (for lunch 1)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, (for lunch 1)
  • 1 glass water, (for lunch 1)
  • 2 flour tortillas, (for lunch 2)
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, (for lunch 2)
  • 1 leaf lettuce, (for lunch 2)
  • 1 tabasco banana, (for lunch 2)
  • 5 almonds, (for lunch 2)
  • 1 cup water, (for lunch 2)
  • 1/2 cups ear corn, prepared like esquites (with mayonnaise and cheese) (for lunch 3)
  • 1/2 cups jicama, (for lunch 3)
  • 1 cup water, (for lunch 3)

  • For lunch 1, roll the slice of ham and cut the cucumber into sticks. Arrange all the ingredients in a medium container and add mayonnaise for dipping.
  • For lunch 2, place the flour tortillas and Oaxaca cheese in a medium container. In another container, place the lettuce, peeled banana, and almonds. Serve with water.
  • For lunch 3, place the esquites in a medium container. Grate the jícama and place it in another container; you can add a little lime and chili.
