1/2 cups ear corn, prepared like esquites (with mayonnaise and cheese) (for lunch 3)
1/2 cups jicama, (for lunch 3)
1 cup water, (for lunch 3)

For lunch 1, roll the slice of ham and cut the cucumber into sticks. Arrange all the ingredients in a medium container and add mayonnaise for dipping.
For lunch 2, place the flour tortillas and Oaxaca cheese in a medium container. In another container, place the lettuce, peeled banana, and almonds. Serve with water.
For lunch 3, place the esquites in a medium container. Grate the jícama and place it in another container; you can add a little lime and chili.
