Lunch salad

If you are a mom, I have a salad recipe that is very quick to prepare, nutritious, and perfect for use as lunch for the little ones. Healthy lunch is a preparation that is a hit with my kids.

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 5 carrots, baby
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 1 teaspoon dressing
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Steam the broccoli and carrots, drain, and set aside. Cut the tomato into julienne strips. In a bowl or sandwich maker, place the broccoli, carrots, tomato, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the dressing.
