Maia's Puree

This is my daughter's favorite puree; she left nothing on her plate. It is recommended for babies transitioning from mashed food to eating solid food. It is a very tasty puree.

  • 1/2 avocados 1/2 avocados
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt, Greek 2 tablespoons yogurt, Greek
  • 1 cup panela cheese  , cut into cubes 1 cup panela cheese , cut into cubes

  • Steam the pumpkin cut into cubes.
  • When it's ready, put it in the blender or food processor along with the avocado and yogurt.
  • Serve on a plate and garnish with the cheese cubes (make sure they are the right size for the baby).
  • It can be served with breadsticks.
