This is my daughter's favorite puree; she left nothing on her plate. It is recommended for babies transitioning from mashed food to eating solid food. It is a very tasty puree.

1/2 avocados
1 zucchini
2 tablespoons yogurt, Greek
1 cup panela cheese , cut into cubes

Steam the pumpkin cut into cubes.
When it's ready, put it in the blender or food processor along with the avocado and yogurt.
Serve on a plate and garnish with the cheese cubes (make sure they are the right size for the baby).
It can be served with breadsticks.
