Meat, Vegetables, and Pasta Puree

This recipe is recommended for babies 9 months or older, as it introduces meats and pasta.

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 1 piece pumpkin
  • 4 chunks beef, or lamb, approximately 200 grams
  • 1/2 cups pasta, (star-shaped pasta or little tongues)
  • extra virgin olive oil

  • Wash, peel, and chop all the vegetables.
  • Boil with a little water.
  • After five minutes, add the pasta.
  • After 10 minutes, add the meat, which you should have cleaned beforehand to remove all the fat.
  • When cooked, blend everything in the blender, using some of the cooking broth if necessary or adding more water if needed.
