Mermaid Spaghetti

Treat the little ones at home with this mermaid spaghetti! They will love the combination of cheese, mushrooms, basil, and cherry tomatoes.

  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 125 grams spaghetti

  • 1/2 tablespoons butter, in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups carrot, in small cubes
  • 1 cheese ball, mini
  • 1/4 cups black sesame seeds, for decoration
  • tomato sauce, for decoration
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1 cup basil
  • comestible flowers, for accompaniment
  • blueberries, for accompaniment
  • strawberries, for accompaniment

  • Blend the tomato puree, cream, salt, and pepper for 2 minutes and set aside.
  • Add the pasta to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Melt the butter over medium heat, add the carrot, and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the sauce and pasta and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish, add a layer of spaghetti, shape the mermaid's face with mini cheese, and decorate with sesame seeds, forming the eyes and mouth with tomato sauce. For the mermaid's body: Add a slice of mushroom, two halves of cherry tomato, and basil leaves.
  • Accompany the mermaid spaghetti with blueberries, strawberries, and a delicious Danonino®.
