- We will use a cookie cutter, or if you don't have one, you can do like I did and make a Mickey shape with cardboard.
- Place the tortilla on a plate and cut out the Mickey shape with our cardboard, using the tip of a thin knife for help.
- We place cheddar cheese inside the tortilla and cover it with another tortilla of the same shape.
- We place the tortilla in a non-stick pan to heat it and melt the cheese.
- Ready, we have prepared some delicious and fun quesadillas.
