Put oil in a pot to fry the potatoes. Once the oil is hot, pour in the potatoes and remove them until they are golden brown, placing them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Form portions of meat into circular shapes of approximately 165 grams. Once formed, cook in a griddle or skillet with a little oil, browning on both sides along with the sausages and ham. Heat the bread as well.
Once everything is ready, serve hot.
