Put enough water in a pot; this will depend on the number of eggs you want to boil.
Carefully add the eggs so they don’t break. Let them boil for approximately 15 minutes or until the yolk is to your children's liking.
Cut two slices and four thin strips of carrot.
Using a round cutter, cut the yellow cheese. And with your knife, make small circles.
Cover a leftover cheese circle, coat it with breadcrumbs, edible glitter, or whatever you have on hand to decorate the mouse's nose.
Peel the egg and place it horizontally. Make a small cut at the top and insert the two carrot slices as ears.
Make two more cuts on each side of the egg and insert two strips of carrot on each side. For the eyes, you can use black sesame seeds.
With the help of a flower-shaped cutter, heart, or whatever you have on hand, make shapes with the cucumber.
Place a bed of lettuce on a plate, the boiled egg, and next to it, the cherry tomatoes and cucumber shapes.
