Mouse Potatoes

These cute little mice will be the perfect side dish or main course for your children's meal. They are easy, economical, and delicious.

  • 2 potatoes
  • 20 butter
  • salt
  • 50 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • peas
  • carrots
  • olives, green or black
  • spaghetti

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Wash the potatoes very well, make a not too deep vertical cut in each one.
  • Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until soft.
  • Press the potato with both hands. Mix the filling with tuna and two tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream.
  • Refill the potatoes with the mixture. The filling should stick out.
  • Slice the carrot. Place them as ears on each mouse. Place two peas in each potato, and half an olive as a nose.
  • For the whiskers, you can use uncooked pasta, cut it into three equal parts and carefully bury it on each side of the potato.
