Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Wash the potatoes very well, make a not too deep vertical cut in each one.
Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until soft.
Press the potato with both hands. Mix the filling with tuna and two tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream.
Refill the potatoes with the mixture. The filling should stick out.
Slice the carrot. Place them as ears on each mouse. Place two peas in each potato, and half an olive as a nose.
For the whiskers, you can use uncooked pasta, cut it into three equal parts and carefully bury it on each side of the potato.
