Muffin Mini Pizzas

These mini pizzas made with whole wheat muffins are a very easy and quick meal to prepare. They are perfect for kids and adults since you can add whatever you like and have a delicious meal or dinner.

  • 1 whole wheat muffin, toasted, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch dried oregano

  • Place the mini pizzas on a microwave-safe plate.
