These mini pizzas made with whole wheat muffins are a very easy and quick meal to prepare. They are perfect for kids and adults since you can add whatever you like and have a delicious meal or dinner.

1 whole wheat muffin, toasted, cut in half
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 pinch dried oregano

Spread tomato sauce on both halves of the whole wheat muffin; add cheese and oregano on top.
Place the mini pizzas on a microwave-safe plate.
Heat in the microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until the cheese melts.
