Mushroom Cream for Baby

This recipe came from the idea of changing up the routine of carrots, chicken, broccoli, and all those common baby food ingredients. Here’s my version of mushroom cream for babies.

  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams white button mushrooms, washed and disinfected
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 30 milliliters cow's milk , of formula

  • Heat half a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Sauté half a clove of chopped garlic.
  • Add 150 g of mushrooms and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, we take out 50 g of mushrooms that we will use later.
  • Add 100 mL of baby water and 30 mL of prepared formula.
  • Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, chop the 50 g of mushrooms.
  • After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes, blend the ingredients, and serve on a small plate.
  • Add the previously chopped mushrooms to the cream.
  • And that's it! A delicious mushroom cream for our babies is ready!
