  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons HERDEZ® diced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons pepperoni, mini

  • Grate the manchego cheese and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pot and cook the garlic, then add the tomato puree and oregano and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Add some of the sauce on one piece of pita bread, add the HERDEZ® chopped mushrooms, pepperoni, and cheese. Cover with another pita bread.
  • Bake at 180 °C for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the pizzadilla.
