3 nopales
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro
1/4 tomatoes
1/4 cups queso fresco
1 pinch oregano
1/2 limes
1 teaspoon salt
1 mango
3 saltine crackers
Preparation

Cut the nopales into strips.
Cook them in boiling water for 10 min., adding oregano, salt, and a little olive oil.
Drain the nopales and place them in a container.
Mix with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Dice the tomatoes, cilantro, and cheese.
Add the tomato, cilantro, and cheese to the nopales.
