Oat and Cilantro Patties

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • cloves
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected, well dried
  • oil , for deep frying
  • pepper
  • cinnamon

  • Crush the garlic with a knife and spread it very well in the bowl where you will mix the oats, amaranth, cilantro, 2 eggs, milk, salt, pepper, clove, and cinnamon
  • Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Mix the egg very well in a bowl
  • Take a portion of the first mixture to form the patty, dip it in the egg, and then in breadcrumbs
  • Fry in a pan on both sides
  • Place them on absorbent paper
