  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1/2 cups purified water
  • 1/2 lady finger bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cups breastmilk, or formula

  • In a bowl, add the oatmeal with the purified water. Let it rest for 4 hours, drain, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mash the banana, add the oatmeal and breast milk, and mix very well. Serve the oatmeal porridge immediately.
