Cut 4 apples into small cubes. Add the milk, apple juice, and chopped apples to a pot over medium heat.
Without bringing the mixture to a boil, add the oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Stir constantly to prevent the oats from sticking to the bottom. Cook for 4 minutes until the mixture is slightly thickened.
Serve a portion in a deep plate. Cut the remaining apple into thin quarters to form the wings and place them on the sides. Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices and place them on the oats to make the eyes. Arrange the cashews at the bottom to make the feet. Use almonds to form the beak and the feathers on top of the owl.
