Pea, Potato, Leek, and Chicken Puree

This puree is an ideal recipe to introduce legumes into your baby's diet.

  • 1 potato 1 potato
  • 1 leek, small
  • 4 tablespoons peas, frozen tender
  • 1/4 chicken breasts, cooked 1/4 chicken breasts, cooked
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cups water 1/2 cups water

  • Peel the potato and cut it into pieces. Boil it with the water.
  • When the potato is soft, add the chopped leek and the peas.
  • Place all the ingredients except for the oil in the food processor.
  • Let cool and serve.
