1 pear, large
2 leaves spinach, washed and disinfected
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 piece pumpkin, elongated
1 star anise pod

Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
In a container, we put all the ingredients and let it come to a boil. We cook for 20 minutes and remove from heat when everything is soft and cooked.
Remove the star anise, pour everything into the blender, and blend perfectly without leaving lumps.
