Pear Puree with Vegetables

  • 1 pear, large
  • 2 leaves spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 piece pumpkin, elongated
  • 1 star anise pod

  • Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
  • In a container, we put all the ingredients and let it come to a boil. We cook for 20 minutes and remove from heat when everything is soft and cooked.
  • Remove the star anise, pour everything into the blender, and blend perfectly without leaving lumps.
