Pineapple Chick

  • 1 pineapple, small
  • 1/2 red apples
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 10 cream cheese

  • Peel and cut the pineapple into small triangles or squares.
  • Place the pineapple in a round mold, preferably removable, a large circular cutter, or a container. Flatten with a spoon to make it very compact.
  • Make three triangles on the apple to resemble a crest. Cut the carrot similarly based on the photograph; these will be its legs and beak.
  • There are many ways to make the little chicks, I recommend forming balls of cream cheese and placing a drop of liquid chocolate in the center.
  • On a flat plate, unmold the pineapple. Create the chick's face with the ingredients you cut.
