Pirate Pizza

  • 4 flour tortillas, precooked
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup, Del Monte®
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cups cherry tomato, cut in halves, for decoration
  • 1 cup pepperoni, in thin slices
  • 4 black olives, in thin slices, for decoration
  • 4 peas, for decoration

  • With the help of a spoon, spread ketchup over the flour tortillas.
  • Sprinkle grated manchego cheese over each tortilla until covered.
  • Heat a griddle or skillet and cook the pizzas over low heat until the cheese melts.
  • Decorate the pizza with cherry tomatoes in the shape of a pirate. Simulate the mouth and the eye with pepperoni.
  • Simulate one of the pirate's eyes with a slice of olive and a pea. Serve.
