In a deep bowl, put 2 and a half cups of warm water, add fine salt, the 30 grams of yeast, and the 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix well, and before it cools down, place the flour on the table in the shape of a volcano and add the liquid in the middle.
Start kneading well; when you notice that the dough is ready and not sticking, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
Cover the 4 pieces with a clean, dry cloth and let them rest for 45 minutes; this is when each piece will start to rise, and then you can begin to make the pizza.
Each piece is for 1 normal pizza.
Take one piece of dough and place it on a flat surface, and there extend it from the center to the sides (with your hand).
Add ingredients to your liking. As a base, you can put the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, then add all the ingredients you want.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and cut with a knife or a pizza cutter.
