  • 1 potato, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cauliflower, washed and disinfected, in pieces
  • 1 sprig tarragon, clean

  • In a small pot with boiling water, cook the potatoes and cauliflower for 10 to 15 minutes or until very soft. Drain.
