  • 1/2 pears
  • 1 banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 100 grams cranberries
  • 20 grams unsalted almonds
  • 1/2 carrots

  • Cut the pear in half, making sure one side is larger than the other. You will only need that half.
  • Slice the banana into thick rounds.
  • Wash and cut the strawberries in half.
  • Cut a piece of carrot into slices to form the beak and legs. Use the image as a guide.
  • On a large plate, place the pear with the green side facing up. Put the beak in the center and the carrot legs underneath.
  • Fan out the pieces of fruit and almonds one by one; you can base it on the image or arrange it however your child prefers.
