150 grams rice
1 carrot
50 grams button mushrooms
50 grams pea
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 liter water
salt
saffron

Cook the peas in salted water
Put the rice in boiling salted water with a bit of saffron and add the carrot cut into very thin strips
Let it cook for about 20 minutes
In a pan with hot oil, sauté the sliced mushrooms
Drain the rice
Add the peas and the mushrooms, stir and serve.
