1 potato
1/2 cups peas
1/2 chicken breasts, cooked
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt, to taste

Peel the carrot and potato, and cut them into small cubes.
Boil the carrot, potato, and peas in enough water. Drain and let cool.
Shred the chicken and mix it with the vegetables.
Incorporate the mayonnaise and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the croissants in half and fill them with the salad.
