Russian Salad Croissant

This recipe is perfect for when you run out of lunch options for kids. It's an excellent way to disguise vegetables deliciously.

  • 4 croissants
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 cups peas
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt, to taste

  • Peel the carrot and potato, and cut them into small cubes.
  • Boil the carrot, potato, and peas in enough water. Drain and let cool.
  • Shred the chicken and mix it with the vegetables.
  • Incorporate the mayonnaise and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the croissants in half and fill them with the salad.
