  • 2 liters water, to cook the pasta
  • 1 package Unicorn Kids La Moderna®
  • salt , to cook the pasta
  • 1/2 cups peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cups yellow corn kernel
  • 1/2 cups potato , cooked, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot , cooked, in small cubes
  • 1 cup chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper

  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat and season with salt. Once it reaches a boil, add La Moderna® Kids unicorn pasta and cook for 9 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Incorporate all the vegetables and the chicken; stir until combined. Finally, add the pasta and mix carefully to prevent breaking.
  • Serve the Russian salad.
