Snow Balls

These potato puree balls filled with cheese and ham are an ideal meal for kids; they are the perfect size for them to eat and they will love the taste. They can be served with a bit of ketchup or their favorite dressing.

  • 3 potatoes, medium cooked
  • 200 grams mennonite cheese (Chihuahua cheese)
  • 200 grams deli ham
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • ketchup, for serving

  • Peel the potatoes and make a puree.
  • Grate the cheese and finely chop the ham.
  • Add the eggs, oil, salt, and pepper; mix all the ingredients well.
  • Form small balls, make a hole in the middle, and fill with ham and cheese, sealing them again.
  • Fry them in a little oil, serve with some ketchup on the side.
