Well, I chose the recipe because I have 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy, but my middle girl is picky, yet she loves spaghetti, so whenever I want her to eat well, I make this recipe, and all 3 enjoy it a lot.
Boil the pasta in water with the herbs for 3 to 4 minutes or until it is al dente, then drain the pasta.
In a large saucepan, put the two teaspoons of butter with the bacon and let it fry in the bacon fat, then add the shrimp to cook until they turn pink. Add the grated carrot and the cooked peas, then add the spaghetti and finally the surimi. After 3 minutes, add the cream and evaporated milk to keep it a bit saucy, just so it doesn't dry out.
Do not let the cream boil so that it does not curdle.
