2 cups mashed potato
2 eggs , beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cups wheat flour
oil , for frying
1 tablespoon parsley , finely chopped
ketchup

Form balls with the mashed potatoes and fill with a portion of cheese.
Dip in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown.
