Sushi-Style Rolls

Give your children's lunch a special touch with this delicious sandwich roll recipe that looks like sushi pieces, kids love them.

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 stick surimi
  • 1/4 packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 celeries, diced into cubes
  • 1/4 tomatoes, cut into julienne
  • 1/4 avocados, into strips
  • 3 strawberries

  • Remove the edges from the slices of bread and flatten until very thin.
  • Spread a layer of Philadelphia cream cheese on the bread.
  • Add chopped celery on top of the cheese.
  • Place slices of ham, a strip of avocado, and a strip of tomato along the bread.
  • Roll like sushi and cut into slices
  • Serve with strawberries on the side.
