Give your children's lunch a special touch with this delicious sandwich roll recipe that looks like sushi pieces, kids love them.

2 slices wholemeal bread
1 stick surimi
1/4 packages cream cheese
1/2 celeries, diced into cubes
1/4 tomatoes, cut into julienne
1/4 avocados, into strips
3 strawberries

Remove the edges from the slices of bread and flatten until very thin.
Spread a layer of Philadelphia cream cheese on the bread.
Add chopped celery on top of the cheese.
Place slices of ham, a strip of avocado, and a strip of tomato along the bread.
Roll like sushi and cut into slices
Serve with strawberries on the side.
