Sweet Chicken and Sweet Potato Puree

5 grams vegetable oil, (1 tablespoon)
50 grams onion, (½ cup) finely chopped
140 grams boneless chicken breast, skinned and cut into pieces
200 grams sweet potato, peeled and chopped
350 milliliters chicken broth, no salt
100 grams apple, (1 small piece) peeled, cored, and cut into pieces

Heat the oil in a skillet or pot and sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent.
Add the chicken breast pieces and cook on all sides for 3-4 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and the peeled sweet potato pieces to the skillet, when it starts to boil reduce to medium heat and cook for 10 more minutes.
Add the peeled and chopped apple, cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the sweet potato is tender, approximately 10 more minutes.
Blend all the ingredients with a little of the cooking broth until the puree is smooth and creamy.
