On the concave tostadas or taco shells, spread the beans inside the top and bottom of the tostada. This will keep the onions in place for the teeth.
Fill the tostada with 1/4 cup of meat and top with 1/2 cup of chopped lettuce and half of the tomatoes. Stick the onions into the refried beans to form the Tacodrilo's teeth.
Place the sour cream in a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip cut off and put sour cream in between the onion teeth.
Apply a small amount of refried beans on top of the tostada and stick the olive slice to form the eye. This completes the face of the Tacodrilo. Fill the second tostada with the remaining meat, lettuce, and tomatoes. This will form the body of the Tacodrilo.
Create the Tacodrilo by placing the body tostada behind the face, holding it with two red peppers on each side. These will be the two back legs.
Place the green poblano pepper at the back of the taco body for the tail. Put the last two red peppers on the sides of the taco face to act as the two front legs.
