Three Delights Rice

Three Delights Rice, perfect to satisfy children's cravings. It’s super easy to make and we are sure they will love it.

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 200 grams york ham
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 grams peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 can sweet corn, small
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • white pepper
  • soy sauce

  • We cook the rice with double the amount of water than rice.
  • Add a teaspoon of salt and cook on low heat for about twenty minutes.
  • We drain and set aside.
  • In a wok or pan, we sauté the crushed garlic and onion.
  • When they are softened, we add the ham.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add 1/2 cube of chicken broth and soy sauce.
  • We cook the peas and carrot, which we will then cut into small cubes.
  • We beat the eggs with a little water and prepare an omelet that we set aside.
  • We put the wok on high heat, add the rice to the sauté, and at the last moment, we add the corn, peas, carrot, and omelet cut into pieces.
  • We taste it and adjust the salt if necessary.
