500 grams flour
30 grams yeast
1 cup water, hot
250 grams Mozzarella cheese
150 grams tomato purée
1/2 cups olive oil
2 tomatoes
leaves basil

Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
Mix the hot water with the yeast and make a volcano with the flour.
Incorporate the water into the flour, kneading it with your hands.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Set the dough aside.
Sprinkle flour to roll out the dough and prevent it from sticking.
Cut the dough into a circular shape and prick the dough with a fork.
Spread the tomato puree over the dough.
Add the mozzarella cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the pizza in a mold and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the pizza, add slices of tomato, basil, olive oil, and put it in the oven for 2 more minutes.
