Turkey and Cheese Sushi

A creative way to send a sandwich to school, bread sushi can be made with turkey and cheese or any filling you can think of.

  • 4 slices sliced bread
  • 8 slices turkey deli ham
  • 4 slices yellow cheese
  • 4 pickles
  • 1 carrot , in strips

  • Cut the edges of the white bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
  • Place the sushi filling (turkey ham, cheese, pickle, and carrot) on the bread, leaving one edge without any filling.
  • Roll the bread towards the edge without filling and press firmly.
  • Cut into sushi pieces with a very sharp knife.
