6 turkey sausage, whole
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 cup pancake mix
1 cup sparkling water
salt and pepper
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder

Add the wheat flour, pancake mix, baking powder, egg, sparkling water, salt, and ground black pepper to a bowl.
Mix until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous texture, but slightly thick.
Dip the sausages in the previous mixture and fry in a pan with oil or a fryer to brown the skewers.
Fry the sausage skewers until they are slightly golden on both sides, remove, and drain excess fat with paper towels.
Serve the skewers with ketchup or your preferred dressing.
