Turkey Sausage Skewers

  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 6 turkey sausage, whole
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • Add the wheat flour, pancake mix, baking powder, egg, sparkling water, salt, and ground black pepper to a bowl.
  • Mix until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous texture, but slightly thick.
  • Dip the sausages in the previous mixture and fry in a pan with oil or a fryer to brown the skewers.
  • Fry the sausage skewers until they are slightly golden on both sides, remove, and drain excess fat with paper towels.
  • Serve the skewers with ketchup or your preferred dressing.
