Vegetable and Chicken Wrap

If you don't know what to send your kids for lunch, this recipe is perfect for you; it's an excellent healthy idea for the little ones at home. They will love it!

  • 2 flour tortillas, whole grain, for wrap
  • 100 grams turkey breast
  • 1 slice Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/4 cups vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups watermelon, in cubes
  • 1 handful cashews

  • Boil the chicken breast in boiling water.
  • Cut the chicken, cucumber, avocado, and tomato into thin slices.
  • Place the extended tortilla on a plate.
  • Place the lettuce, chicken, cucumber, avocado, and tomato on top.
  • Wrap it like a burrito and cut it in half.
  • Serve with cashews and watermelon cubes.
