4 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected
4 slices avocado
4 slices red beefsteak tomato
1/2 bell peppers, julienned
1/2 cucumbers, sliced, well drained
4 tablespoons cottage cheese , drained
salt
4 slices sliced bread , whole grain or multigrain
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
pepper

In a small plate, mix the oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper
Warm the bread slightly and spread it with mustard
Place the vegetables on the bread and add salt and pepper, the cottage cheese
Close with the other slice of bread and enjoy
