  • 1 package La Posada® cream cheese
  • 1 can of vegetables, drained
  • Salt La Posada®
  • pepper
  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread La Posada®
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • Bitz® Potatoes

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the canned vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the edges of the La Posada® whole wheat bread, flatten with a rolling pin, and use a cutter in your favorite shape to make a hole in the center.
  • Place a slice of ham, a bit of the cheese mixture, and roll it up. Enjoy these sandwiches with potato chips for lunch time.
