2 potatoes, grated and drained
2 carrots, grated and drained
2 zucchinis, grated and drained
2 eggs
vegetable oil, for frying
salt

In a bowl, beat the egg and season.
Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan with enough oil for a semi-deep fry.
Form patties with a tablespoon and place them in the hot oil to brown on both sides.
Place the patties on absorbent paper.
Serve them with a bit of puree.
