  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 cup peas
  • water, to cook the vegetables

  • Heat water in a steamer over medium heat, cook the carrot until soft and remove. Then, cook the zucchini and repeat the same process with the peas.
  • Process the vegetables until you obtain a baby puree.
  • Pour the vegetable puree into a glass container with a tight-fitting lid.
