  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 chayote
  • 1 tablespoon rice
  • 1 potato
  • water
  • fresh cilantro

  • Wash the chicken and vegetables properly
  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Boil the chicken together with the chopped vegetables
  • Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, add the rice and wait for it to cook
  • Once cooked, blend the mixture with chicken broth
