Vegetable Soup with Shapes

  • 1 cup chayote
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup broccoli, in small tree shapes
  • 1 cup spinach, in strips
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 bunches cilantro
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cups chicken, shredded

  • Cut the vegetables on a board with the help of cookie cutters. Sauté the vegetables in a pot with a little oil.
  • Add the tomato puree, chicken broth, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes.
