Vegetable Sushi Rolls

These ham and cheese rolls with rice, filled with vegetables, are very tasty and their sushi shape is very fun. They are versatile as you can add the vegetables of your choice to make them to your liking. They are perfect for kids; they will love them.

  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 47.5 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1/4 cups red bell pepper, in strips
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, in strips

  • Spread the ham with cream cheese; cover this with rice spreading it up to 1/4 inch from the edge.
  • Place the vegetables on one of the short edges of each slice of ham; roll them tightly.
  • Cut each roll into 5 pieces.
