Zucchini and Sweet Potato Puree

Once your baby has accepted the first flavors of the purees, you can try giving them stronger flavors. Pumpkin is a good source of beta-carotene, and most of its nutrients are found in the skin, so do not peel it.

1 sweet potato, small

Wash, peel, and cut the sweet potato into small cubes.
Wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes.
In a skillet, add both vegetables and cook for 6-8 minutes or until both are tender.
Let it rest for 3 minutes before pureeing.
Puree the vegetables until the desired texture is achieved.
