I present you a delicious way to introduce vegetables to your baby; it's a very simple recipe to prepare, and you'll see how much your baby loves this delicious puree. It's a tasty and very healthy puree.
Boil the zucchini in a small pot for about 10 minutes and cut it into cubes once cooked. Wash the Swiss chard very well and preheat the skillet.
Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the skillet and add the Swiss chard without the stalks; let it cook until the water they contain evaporates for 5 minutes, then add the cooked zucchini cubes and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Let it cool a bit and put it in the processor, or if your baby is older, chop finely; add finely grated panela cheese. For those starting to eat purees without cheese
preferably do not use salt as the Swiss chard and cheese already contain salt.
Ready, you can serve it warm, and your baby will love it.
