Zucchini Puree with Green Cheese

I present you a delicious way to introduce vegetables to your baby; it's a very simple recipe to prepare, and you'll see how much your baby loves this delicious puree. It's a tasty and very healthy puree.

  • 1 cup chard
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese

  • Boil the zucchini in a small pot for about 10 minutes and cut it into cubes once cooked. Wash the Swiss chard very well and preheat the skillet.
  • Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the skillet and add the Swiss chard without the stalks; let it cook until the water they contain evaporates for 5 minutes, then add the cooked zucchini cubes and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Let it cool a bit and put it in the processor, or if your baby is older, chop finely; add finely grated panela cheese. For those starting to eat purees without cheese preferably do not use salt as the Swiss chard and cheese already contain salt.
  • Ready, you can serve it warm, and your baby will love it.
