1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
1/4 cups artificial sweetener, sucralose (baking)
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup apple, grated
1/2 cups oats
2 eggs
2 tablespoons artificial sweetener, (sucralose) baking
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the butter with the sugar substitute and whole wheat flour until a dough forms.
Cover a previously greased and floured square mold. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the apple with the oats, eggs, sugar substitute, vanilla, starch, cinnamon, baking powder, and nuts.
Pour the previous mixture over the butter base and spread using a spoon, pressing lightly on the base. Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Chill very well, unmold, and cut.
