Artichoke and Walnut Snack

Delicious little rolls with a tasty mixture of artichoke and walnut with a hint of lemon.

  • 1 can artichoke heart, (385 grams)
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 3/4 cups nut
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea ​​salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 baguette, cut into diagonal slices

  • Preheat the oven to 200º C. Then toast the walnuts on a baking tray and set aside. Drain the artichokes.
  • In a food processor, place artichokes, parsley, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper, oil, water, and lemon juice. Pulse for a few seconds to chop a little; it should not be too smooth so that the pieces are still visible.
  • On a baking tray, place the breads, brush them with a little olive oil, and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until golden.
  • Spread the artichoke mixture on top of each roll and arrange them on a platter. They are ready to serve.
