Preheat the oven to 200º C. Then toast the walnuts on a baking tray and set aside. Drain the artichokes.
In a food processor, place artichokes, parsley, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper, oil, water, and lemon juice. Pulse for a few seconds to chop a little; it should not be too smooth so that the pieces are still visible.
On a baking tray, place the breads, brush them with a little olive oil, and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until golden.
Spread the artichoke mixture on top of each roll and arrange them on a platter. They are ready to serve.
