Delicious avocado filled with chicken tinga with a spicy chipotle chili flavor, baked and accompanied by strips of red onion and serrano chili, ideal for a healthy and very tasty dinner that will satisfy any craving.
Blend the tomato with the white onion, garlic, and chipotle chili. Season and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, sauté the onion with the chicken breast, add the blended preparation with a leaf of avocado and cook for 20 minutes or until the liquid reduces. Set aside.
Fill the avocados with the tinga and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve the avocados with some cilantro leaves, strips of red onion, and slices of serrano chili.
